With its trade name ALPACA COLLECTION is a company legally incorporated and registered in Peru with RUC N° 20226076426 and registered office at Jr. Sacsayhuaman H – 18 Urb. Manuel Prado, District of Cusco, Province and Department of Cusco; which values and respects the privacy of its clients.
The processing of personal information collected through the Platform is the responsibility of the Company, and is subject to Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law – and other applicable rules or regulations. The purposes for which this data will be used are limited to the processing of purchase orders and communication with the Customer, in order to promptly address their concerns or provide them with information about the brand that may be of interest to them.

INFORMATION COLLECTED ONLINE
Data collected by automatic means
Information collected online includes information that is collected by automated means, as well as information that is of a personal nature and entered manually by the customer.
The data collected automatically during the use of the Platform will be used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information and checking the correct functioning of the online store. Some of these include, for example, the pages that the customer views on the website, information about the type of browser, IP address of the customer, among others.

Cookies
Alpaca Collection’s online store uses Google Analytics, a tool that uses temporary files created in each navigation device -called “cookies”- to store information for different purposes. These include knowing the Customer’s shopping preferences – such as categories and recently viewed products – and storing the products they wish to purchase in the shopping bag.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. However, changes will be made on the basis of the stipulations of the applicable legislation and with the protection of personal data and customer satisfaction first and foremost in mind.
